Refund Policy
Effective from 28 July 2025
At GME Academy (GME-A), we strive to deliver high-quality educational experiences through our courses, mentorship programs, webinars, workshops, and masterclasses. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling:
No Refunds or Credits
All payments made towards our offerings — including courses, mentorship programs, webinars, workshops, and masterclasses — are non-refundable.
Once enrolled, no refunds or credits will be issued, including for non-participation, incomplete usage, or any inability to attend.
Non-Transferable Enrolment
Your enrolment is strictly non-transferable.
Courses, workshops, or any associated access cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances.
Changes & Postponements
GME Academy reserves the right to:
- Postpone or reschedule any course, session, or event
- Modify the structure, content, or delivery format
- Replace or change speakers, instructors, or mentors due to unavoidable circumstances
Such changes do not qualify for a refund or transfer.
Access to Course Recordings
If your course includes access to session recordings, it will be available for a fixed period (either 1 year or 2 years, as stated in the course details) starting from the official commencement date of the course.
There is no extension or refund in case of delayed access or incomplete viewing.
